I have no idea who this seller is, and I don't know anything more than what's on Ebay, but this boot looks really nice for $170 bucks and the seller says it includes all hardware installed. Its new, not used and they sell tan ones as well.

I just looked closely at the picture again and I can't see if there are hooks along the back edge where it attaches to the deck. That could be an issue.

It says, two snaps and two hooks installed, so I think you are correct, no bannana brackets to hook on rear deck hooks.
It does say no sewing required, so maybe there are pockets to slip your own brackets into? Thatwould be a good idea to me, keeping those brackets in place and the vinyl glued has been troublesome.
