If you look carefully at the Saudi background you can see it's not moving, but rather the photographer changing position relative to the car and scenery. Also it must have taken quite some time as the shadows grow quite long during the sequence. Car is definitely not moving

It's real.
The only background that does not move are the mountains in the horizon. At such a distance it's not expected to move anyways. The camera guy moves in different positions (closer-further,backward-forward) and all the shadows fall in place properly as they should, overlapping the passing cars in a senseful manner (despite what the critics state in the comments section). The wind blows their clothing into the proper direction. They shot the video in early morning so that the sun elongates the shadows. If they wanted to fake it they could have shot the video at noon in order to remove that piece of evidence.
It's evident that the suspension on the contact wheels variates as the truck rolls.
Also evident that the rear u-joint is spinning and at approx 3:00 the front u-joint also comes into view as spinning.
Also evident that the vehicle is engaged in 4 wheel drive.
The driver engages the handbrake on the rear driver wheel (passenger's side must be disconnected) the moment the truck is up in the air (hence the rear wheel immediately stops spinning and the front wheel gradually stops). This way power is transfered to the wheel with more traction in order to keep the vehicle moving.
Evidence of the locked rear wheel: it takes a second person to hold the front wheel while the other tightens the lugs, while on the rear wheel only one hand easily tightens the lugs relative to the tight locked wheel.
Too many details in effect in order to make it plausible.
It's real.
