Stainless Steel Grille Surround

Post by tartan18 »

For my 1975 I am looking for a new stainless steel grill surround. Talking with Csaba and Ramzi at AR they have one that fits 1979-85. Anyone know if this will fit my car? The related question is where can I get the proper gasket?

The new surrounds stick out farther than the old ones. Designed to match up with the hood trim. Looks funky with the hood trim. Here are some pics.

Are you looking for a different look? My OEM one had a dent and scratches however I took it to a metal polisher he worked out the dent and polished it like new for under 100 dollars.....I have no idea how much a new one costs.

I do agree with AZRUSS..the original trim looks better on the older cars
