Koni Tuning

Post by opus10583 »

Hi,

I've just received a set of Yellow Koni's (4)*. Matching them to IAP sport springs.

Does anyone have suggestions regarding tuning?

My understanding is they are adjustable only in rebound, so setting them harder shouldn't have any appreciable affect on roll stiffness. What then, and what are people using?

Also, the instructions seem to indicated (not overtly) that one half turn from full counterclockwise is the base setting, correct?

I have 195/60-14 Summitomos on magnesium Campagnolo wheels.

Thanks,
Mark

they are only one way, most suggest to put them on the softest setting and work you way up from there as they wear???

I agree David , mine were installed at the standard setting but must say way to hard…would prefer softest setting for comfortable driving as they are a very stiff spring…of course each to there own :D
