Re: New Computronix ignition
I've had no issues with my older style. i have a block mount and like the look of nothing up top. The unit could probably be sandblast to make it look more like the casted cam covers. The new cap looks billet. Mark, do have any idea how thick the cover it. might give us an idea of how much material we would have to work with. i guess if you want to make it look period correct, drag it around the gravel parking lot, drip some old oil on it, maybe a little overspray that matches the engine compartment.

Good news! We've completed our testing and software tweaks so the new units are in production. We're taking orders now and the units will be available for shipment by Friday, Sept 4th. Pricing on the new kits is $575 and that includes the cam mounted trigger unit and harness, gasket, coil pack and spark plug wires.
If you have been waiting for the new kit, I'd suggest placing an order early as we have a fairly long waiting list.
