Newbie with 2 questions

Hi all. Just purchased an '82, a project car. Slowly getting to know the car as I attempt to take it apart bit by bit. Stuck with two odd things: how does one remove the inside of the headlight socket? There seems to be no screws. From behind, inside the fender? Also, in trying to do something simple, like remove the door panels, I have gotten stuck with one of the armrest screws. Seems to be so utterly rusted, or something, that I cannot get it to budge. I have a screw extractor but, of course, can't see up there to know where to put it. Any nifty suggestions?

Been a member on other forums with other brands. Already I've found this one very friendly and immensely useful.
