Old Motorweek Review

Not sure if this has made the rounds yet, but I stumbled across this old Motorweek review of the 82 Spider. One glaring error in the piece. You'll pick it right up.

Notice, too, that later in the video (around 4:18) the right front end has some nasty damage to the hood and front bumper.They hide that part of car through most of the video.

I was curious about that too. I guess Motorweek was a pretty low budget show. The car had 30,000 miles on it, chips, and dents. You'd never see that today.

They made a point a couple of times about it being a 16 year old car. Did they mean it was reviewed in 1998 or was he referring to the 16 year run of the model at that time?
