I cannot take any credit for it other than posting a link to the article here on FS.com. From what I could find the article was posted on 26 May 2014 (this year!). No specific author was listed - at least not that I could find. However, in the "About CBI" section of the website it states that the site is maintained by the "CBI Team" and was founded by David Greenbaum.
