Hi guys,
Trying to identify which carb my '79 Spider has so I can order the right gasket kit. VIN - 124CS20154064. Tried to look on the carb., but couldn''t locate ##s. It could be Weber ADFA, ADHA, DFEV, or something else. Thanks, Don

Re: Help with Carb ID?
If it is the original carb, it is an ADHA. This post shows where it is stamped: http://fiatspider.com/f08/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=17767
There are additional photos to help you compare your carb to an ADHA>
Make sure your rebuild kit includes the auxiliary valve diaphragm and power valve diaphragm. They're the two pieces that typically cause the hard starting problem indicative of the ADHA. They leak and cause the float bowl to empty overnight.
