Crank Case Ventilation? RESOLVED

Is the big blue hose (that looks like a backwards "C" closest to the firewall) the crank case ventilation hose? :? Is it easy to replace without removing anything?

That is the vent hose, it goes down to the front left side of the engine block where it meets the oil/vapor separator. I found it to be a PITA to replace, but I have the Computronics ignition in the block location so it was more difficult than it should be to get at the parts down there for cleaning, etc.
