glass on spider's hardtop is perspex or real glass ?

A quick question. A standard spider's (BS1, CS1 etc.) hardtop has a pig transparent surface. What is the material ? Is it glass or plastic ?

I could be wrong but I am led to believe the abarth were Perspex (or some form of plastic) and the later pininfarina were glass??

The pininfarina that I had was glass.

My hardtop is an Abarth hardtop and therefore there is Perspex instead of glass. I never had a spider's Pininfarina hardtop so I wanted to check if it had a different "glass".

Most of them were glass, the Perspex ones are rare, supposedly fitted only to the CSA.
