Engine Pan

Post by Ptoneill »

Does anyone know who may have engine pans...as in the plastic sheets that went under the engines? I have looked and have not been able to find any. Maybe I am wrong but I read some where that all of the 124's came with them but that over time most were taken off. I live in Wahington and figured that one would help keep the engine a little cleaner during the rain season.... ( 8months)

Thanks!

To the best of my knowledge they were metal not plastic. I don't know if anyone sells them.

+ 1 on metal...
It seems like the first time the car went in for service the mechanics decided this was too difficult to reinstall and a large majority of our cars lost them in the first 30 days.
I am installing one I got from Feltner Used Fiat Partz.

Thanks guys!!! I have found one but I am concerned that it may not fit because of the larger sway bar. I will have to give it some thought before buying it.

Thanks!

It will need modification to fit over a larger sway bar for sure. That said, the mods shouldn't be too hard... Little bit of welding and fitting.
