Location of "2-Way Valve"?

Anyone know exactly WHERE on the FI cars this little valve is? #5 on the diagram. I have a very slight gas smell in the trunk and am trying to track down the culprit.

I believe it is called a 1 way valve

Looks like it is down there right next to the fuel pump and filter. Thanks Jay! (but it is a 2-way valve, as it regulates air flow in both directions, as the tank is filled and as it drains.)
