well a update on this. i stopped at his office and said what do you wanna do
he said his son said to put it on ebay, which is fine with me, i said here is what i will do, i will offer you 1500, it is worth 1500 ,i seen the car, i touched it all with a magnet, i see what is wrong with it
it is truly in great shape. so that was my offer. does not matter if it stays with me or goes to some one else, he will get back to me . you all know me i am cheap but where do u come across a car like this with no rust

Sounds like he's in no hurry at all. It's the third time he says he'll get back to you in 10 days. I'm afraid he's got one up on you if he's less rushed than you are. In any case we'll keep our fingers crossed for you.

I picked the 71 up and told him that I would like to check it out, he said he wants 2 g's for it, I'm not sure if I would give him that, I did offer 1500. A while back
There lot of minor things wrong which is not that critical, I have had it running but the dist cap is cracked so it missing pretty bad
I did order a new cap and I should have it Tuesday or we'd,
My main concern is that the water in the radiator is like heavy black crap, as if there was radiator gunk in it,this whole engine would have to be flushed anyways, I have no idea if it even over heats yet
I will know more when I get the cap

1800. I think it worth it, pretty straight looking car all around, I tried to get it lowered
I have not even drove it, few problems that I'm getting worked out,waiting for a sped do cable,then I can finish it up
