Calling 124/2000 owner's near Culpeper, VA

I was just wondering if the owner of a Green with tan interior 2000 is on this forum. I was at Lowe's today and saw the car, but didn't have anything to leave a note with and was just wondering who's it is as I'm attempting to get to know Fiat owners in my area (Orange, Madison, Culpeper, etc). If anyone else lives near me, let me know!
