Installing a new wiring harness in a '76 Spider, and mounting the wiper/washer and headlight switch/s to an upgraded dash. No need for the old column mount multi switch assy. All I'll need is left right turn signal switch/lever.

Has anyone replaced their steering column, to be able to eliminate the multi switch and only have a directional switch on the column? I could most likely have a custom column built, but don't want to spend 500 bucks to do it. Anyone know if there is a column with just a directional switch, that would fit?
