computronix failure after only 2000 kilometers :(

my computronix distributer upgrade died out driving on the weekend does not light up when engine turns but has tried to single fire when ground touches the casing of the trigger unit i checked ohms resistance from wiring harness on coil tirgger unit back too coil which shows as fine but nothing following black ground path through the small capacitor anyone have any ideas? the unit had worked fine for last season and all of this one thus far and suddenly died out

My Computronix unit also failed due to a miss-function in the trigger unit. I sent it back to Mark Allison and he took care of the repair for me. No cost to me and I had the repaired unit back within a few days. I love the unit and Mark has always stood behind his products.

I am really glad to hear that Mark is standing behind this product! I also have it installed and really like it. Clearly better, more smooth power across the band in my 80FI.
