For $57,000 they better be embellishing it a lot (like swap the body, suspension, transmission, engine, and interior with a 2014 Corvette).

what truly amazes me is if you study the pictures of the 2 red ares in their advertisement, both cars have front bumpers which are out of alignment, pointing upwards! for 50k it better be perfect, wonder what else is not up to par?

You guys are tough. After all, it comes with a commerative signed plate. Car has an optional leather rear seat available which can be added for an upcharge. Standard rear seat is vinyl. Hand sewn leather dash and center console have been added as an option.

I'm sure they put out a nice product and there is a niche market for this. However, these prices are embarassing to anyone who truly knows these cars. Nuts...

I wonder if anyone here has ever contacted them to see what their 'real' price is because few, if any, would be willing to part with that kind of money for a non-concourse winning, nut and bold, factory correct, oem, complete restoration.

Or maybe it is Roadster Saloon. They get you get drunk enough so you'll buy anything.

This has come up here before and they seem to still be in business. One car a year wouldn't be a bad night job at that price. If I could sell 10k cars for 50k I would try to do it all day long.

Lots of "O" words, so it must be EurOpean. Avanzato, Lusson, Basso, Belissiomo. Another one that comes to mind is Bondo.

How come they never post here? :D

anyone can put up a bunch of pictures, claim to build 30 cars a year for any price. so to say they are in business etc, may not truly be correct. it may be a repair / restoration shop with big dreams. who knows for sure

"Please note that this is a limited production Lusso model, which features optional luxury equipment, fuel injection, and the look of vintage spiders from the late 1960"s Fiat Spider models. Fewer than five of these special cars are built each year, and all come with a commerative signed plate. Bumpers are cosmetic and do not meet contemporary 5 mph standards."

Zero is fewer than five...

What happened to guitarguy? He was taking delivery of his this summer...
Oh wait, he is the sales manager for Roadster Salon, I forgot

Ari,
I would never pick these guys apart at all if they were actually restoring the cars. My beef is that they are glossy sales people. If they are selling any cars at all, they are surely duping their clients and I have no patience for people like that.
All I see in their ad material is glossy paint, new interiors, new rims, new aftermarket bumpers...
Basically, the car is refurbished, not restored.
