I understand what he was trying to do. Toyed with a lot of the same concepts years ago. Having seen spiders decked out to race, i thought a speedster type windshield would be a nice touch. The boat windshield is probably what led to the rest. the most difficult part of any customizing is visualizing the changes accurately. I've finished many a custom change including my current spider where i was not sure i would like it, even when it was finished. I find i need to live with the changes for a while to see if it settles in okay. And, as always is the case, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
