Back stateside
After 4 years in Japan, My family of 5 plus our 12 year old Chocolate Lab made it to our last duty station. Last week I drove down to Jacksonville Florida to pick up my toys. The project was to get batteries, gas, and new tires. The Jeep's fuel pump went bad and cost me 200.00 plus wrenching on it in the hot Florida heat. My son's car the Acura Started with ease. To everyone's surprise the fiat also started without any issues. She did however leak some oil from the transmission, pumpkin, and oil pan during her 4 year stay in storage. I shipped the Fiat and the Jeep through UShip for military at the cost of 1080.00. They arrived safety to our home of Swansboro NC. Just East of Camp Lejeune. There is still some old fuel in the lines. They do sell ethanol free gas here for the boats thought about getting some for winter storage. Right now I need check the levels of oil in the transmission and pumpkin before I take her on a weekend drive. Feels good to be stateside.

Mensore to the US! Japan is awesome but there's no place like home here in the US...especially when you are driving your Spider.
I know you're pain on the Fiat. I came back to the same types of issues after three years in Japan. Oil pan leak, transmission leak and brake calipers needing to be rebuilt. Whoo hoo!
