Door panel trim ring???

Alright, im looking to make some custom door panels. For the life of me, I cannot find anything on the internet that's close to this. I just don't know what they are called to know what to look fot

What is the name of this part, does anyone know where I can get something that will work that's close to it? thanks. jay

When I did my door panels, I didn't worry about it, no doubt some auto trimmer would have something close??

An upholstery shop will have something like that. if you're doing it yourself ask them to sell you a few...

Those look very much like spur grommets.
A nearby sailmaker might have some, or a shop that makes outdoor canvas awnings.
