Leaning out with revs

so i guess everyone who tuned cars before o2 sensors didn't know nothing, my point was set it up and then drive it you can't chase every little change , every little change in weather or driving style etc, there is a point where you are changing and NOT knowing why. before you can use a tool like an o2 sensor or an air fuel sensor you MUST be able to understand what the info means, and with out mapped manifold vacuum and throttle position and air flow you are only getting a very very small portion of the story
