I just noticed a very small leak along the seam of the throttle body pre-heater on my 81 spider. It looks like the coolant is oozing from the seam along the edge. I am curious to know what is inside this and can I re-braze it with some solder or repair it with some two part epoxy? It looks like it is just a small tank that holds coolant. Anybody got any ideas? I am in So.Cal and it's already pretty warm here, maybe I can remove it for now and worry about it in the fall?

Mine developed a leak several years ago and I took it off and connected the lines while it was at a rad shop for repair. Think it cost me about $20.00. He used silver solder.tedy wrote:maybe I can remove it for now and worry about it in the fall?
personally I don't believe you would need it anytime soon in SoCal anyway....
