Rear brakes won't bleed

Replaced Rear brake pads and went to bleed system but can't get brake fluid to rear brakes . Disconnected rear brake line from caliper and used vaccuum pump but still could not get fluid compensator bypassed . Help

Make sure that you have the differential supported with jack stands.

if the compensator is bypassed you may have a hard line that is blocked. Work from the calipers forward, opening connections until you get fluid

On my wife's 80 Spider the hose from the compensator hard line to the "T" on the differential was blocked. If you disconnect the hard line from the hose fluid should flow from gravity.

Re: Rear brakes won't bleed
And to reiterate what spidernut said,
With the car jacked up, it should be lifted and supported by the axle assembly.
Otherwise you could be restricting flow by bringing the rear compensator valve into effect.
