New Project - Fiat 127 based Motorkhana Special

Post by adrians »

Hi All,
A while since I've posted on the forum.
I thought I would share the results of a new project I've been working on.

It's a Motorkhana "Rail" Special.

Fiat 127 903cc engine, gearbox, suspension all mounted in the back of a space frame chassis.
Fiat 124 coupe front end, upper and lower control arms and shocks, custom springs.
Fiat 127 radiator, custom pipes to the rear
Fitted with a 'drift style' hydraulic hand brake - to either lock up the rear left or right wheel independently.
Weight about 285Kg, Power - 45HP

In the early development stages at present. Will be setup for both dirt and asphalt motorkhana events, slicks on the asphalt, mud tyres for the dirt.
