roll bars
I just stumbled on a company that sells new street roll bars for our spiders for $295. I thought i'd put it out here since used ones are hard to find and new ones are pretty expensive. http://www.kirkracing.com. they are located in Mount Olive, AL.
Re: roll bars
isn't that about the same price as an Autopower? I don't see any Fiat products on the page

Re: roll bars
I looked at autopower and the ones I found are $450 and more. I talked to them. I actually called them for another reason.... Their website is under construction so no pictures. Either way, I guess it's another source...

Re: roll bars
So what is the real demand for roll bars?
My brother works for a company that engineers and manufactures roll bars for new Jeeps. I asked about producing them for Fiats and he said that it is very expensive to set up the first set, but if anyone really thinks there is enough demand I can follow up and see if it is worth pursuing. For reference, they're producing 25,000 various suspension upgrade parts for Jeeps this week alone.
Mark...how many request do you get? Do you think it would be worth asking the question?

Re: roll bars
It doesn't sound like it would be worth it.

Re: roll bars
I'm interested in your roll bar. Do you have the brand, pix, where are you located.
Re: roll bars
I live about 15 minutes away from Mt Olive, AL. And im also in the market for finding a new rollbar. Ill give them a driveby soon and check out there stock.
There is a company called Paeco that also makes them to order. They are literally in my backyard. I haven't been by there in a few years - used to be a pretty nice old man running the place that sold all sorts of performance goodies for Fiats.
