Ive never bought anything from Vics. Ive had friends that did and things that happened with them keep me going everywhere else. Ive had very good experiences with Matt and Mark. Ive also had very good dealings with Croft for specialty items.

My friend got a call from Vicks lol my bad

But there making it right, I hope it is free shipping, he spent a lot of money with them and it was not his fault that the stuff was not packed in the box when he ordered it all

At one time they were my favorite supplier. When I was restoring my '82, nobody ever had all of the parts that I needed at once. I always had to order from multiple vendors. I like the fact that they seem to be offering new products, but there seems to be an awful lot of bad press as of late.

I had an issue with a master cylinder. They seem to sell a MC from an early model for the later models. Unfortunately, the plastic fittings are not correct for later models. I called and they talked to me like I was an idiot. Glad Csaba was there to help me out. He sent the correct fittings ASAP so I could my car back on the road. I am not saying I would never order from them again, but I would have to think long and hard about it.

You're shopping more or less in the gutter of the FIAT parts world. There are no Vick's at Vick's any more, they are trading on a name that was meaningful 20 years ago. The one guy they had that knew FIATs left a while back...

I think it was 2, maybe even 3 who worked for Vicks and know what they are talking about! Two of them are defiantly here with us, helping every day!!

Read this !

My. Friend spend tons of cash thru Vicks auto, he got all his parts from them to rebuild his engine, he bought a new tranny
When he got the tyranny the knob was missing for the shifter, the pressure plate was not in the box that they said they put it in
So he got that all squared away
Mean time he was getting new mounts for the engine, they sent one, he called them and said you forgot to send the other, and I need it , they send it ( Matt ) writes a note with the part, telling him to stop losing the parts and that they where not going to send it free lol he already paid for it all and they charged him shipping cost again, he prolly spent 7000bucks on parts ect from them and they charge him 7.00 for a mistake that they made. He was pissed

The classic Fiat world is fairly small and word gets around. You would have thought that they would have learned that by now, if they were going to.
