i just got a 32/36 weber with the universal adapter. the car i have has throttle cable but i am unsure of which hole to use the 4,5,6 o'clock position. the instruction i received were unclear with regards to fiats. just thought i would post here before i begin the "trial and error" technique. any help would be appreciated

the cars is a 1978 fiat spider. the carb is a weber from redline with the empi kit the instructions aren't clear on which hole to use for this application. one other thing since i'm asking on the top of the new carb beside the fuel inlet is a hose fitting i think its the float bowl vent but i'm not sure.
