I have a differnt set, had it for 6 months. Works the same as what You just bought. Looks different, and more expensive.

Very nice!!! How was the purchasing experience? Any complications? Guy Croft donates a lot of time and knowledge, in my opinion, which of course is respected!! So I'm not asking about dealing with him but about oversees purchases, customs, tax etc...

Jim, you should edit your topic subject to "alternatives to Miller's Mule" since that is where this is headed and we can bitch about the total lack of good business sense, on Jason's part, on pooldocter's thread...

Its my understanding that Jason was in a bad car accident. So bitching about not getting your parts is pretty distasteful. better to be wishing him well.
As far as Mr Croft, there have never been any complications. He has always been very pleasent to deal with and always helpful. He is always grateful for the business, and he does not forget about you after the purchase. I sent him the head on my spider over 10 years ago. It was the best thing that I ever did. i look forward to being able to do business with him in the future. Hopefully soon.
