Chances are, it's probably going back to Europe.

I was thinking, 62K still good value depending on condition, I hear they are fetching close to 100K for very good ones in Europe, so did a little research.

125K Sterling for a 2.4 if the 2.0 doesn't take your fancy.

I'd choose a Fiat Dino Spider over a Ferrari of similar value any day, but that's just me.

Hi FI8,

Just looking at that steering wheel , its an original hard rubber '67 very hard to find…most wheels are wooden.

My friend in Holland has two wheels that he wants to give me one as seen in the photo (hard rubber) and the other wood , the wheel in my Dino isn't original so what to do ? I really luv the look of the wood but the rubber is original to the '67..
will post a pic.
Cheers
John

It looks like originality in these collectibles seems to be the difference between a good one and a top notch one.

Maybe get the original off your friend and stow it away for keeps sake. You can keep the wooden wheel in it if it's what you like as it's not too much to change over. Unfortunately not as easy to do with paint..

Is it just me that finds it odd that there isn't any mention of the running condition of the car?
Not even a single photo of the engine bay.

Hi John, yes that is strange, you would at least want to see an engine under the hood and get an idea of works performed…

Yes, I see your dilemma Pinin. That's a seriously sexy bit of timber.

Regarding photos of the engine bay, the same could be said about no photos of the trunk compartment or undercarriage. I agree, engine bay pictures should be placed in the add although it looks to be a bit of a trend with car advertising these days not to put in engine bay pics. That being said, if I was serious about buying a car of this nature I'd be either going to inspect it in person or sending out an agent or trustworthy person. If that was not impossible then to the least I would be requesting a plethora of emailed photos of the areas I was interested in.

had to look up "homologated".

aside from the radio (which doesn't appear to be original), the center console looks very empty. is this stock?

That color has got to bring the value down.

More detailed photos are needed. "No visible rust" is a nice statement that needs to be backed up with photos.
