i tried to find some information on this painting
ron ruffin died long ago , on the painting it has his name then this 17/100
i belive it a caulked photo not painted. does any one on the site have any knowledge of art/painting /photo

Yes is says 17/100 and signed don ruffin

He died in Arizona in 77. He was an artist and a teacher. His work gets auctioned. google him

Verify that it is an actual signature and not a printed one. Unlikely that it is printed, but better be sure.
