Yes I have the bumper just not the light itself.

Looking for a complete reverse light assembly, I have the left bumper with the indentation. Just no complete light assembly.

Where did you see that lens for the rear lite

You can check with Alfa's, the duetto spiders from 67-69 used the same light, they just put it on the right rear bumper.

Only 68-69 came that way, the 70-74 Spider rear bumper did not have the indentation.
