How do you tell the difference between a 1438 and a 1608 manifold?

the internal diameter on a 1438 is smaller, i am sure there is a different casting number as well, i just do not have a 1608 handy, sorry

According to Brad Artigue's "Fiat 124 Spider Engine Maintenance & Modification" (pg 65).

4151276 is a 1438.
4166429 is for a 1608.

Thanx for the info guys. Now I know what I have. Ill clean it up and put it away as I dont see any use for ir right now. I was hoping it was a 1608 setup.

Good move it is 30% smaller than the 1608. >CHOKE<
