Yes. I just received an order last month. Replies were a little slow compared to the instant responses we expect in the internet era, but Claudio was very helpful. I do have a question about my order, but per their website they were going to be away during the Christmas / New Years time frame, so it might take a bit longer for them to work through their backlog and respond.
