Need some guidance on my 82 fuel injected spider, original plenum has 2 cables 1 obviously being throttle , I have no clue what the 2nd cable coming from passenger side is for, car runs, drives, idles fine with it being disconnected.

hi sounds like the kick down cable on a automatic. is yours auto?
