"f" Emblem?!

"f" Emblem?!
So, I woke up in the middle of the night wondering why the Pininfarina emblem is an "f" instead of a "p""?! Thanks, Don

It's because the family's name was Farina. "Pinin" is a diminuative. Pinin Farina means something like "little Farina".
