Great drive to work today

With three kids and a somewhat restrictive classic car insurance policy I don't get to take the Spider out nearly as much as I used to, but today was such a nice day that I decided to take it to work (traffic is usually light on Fridays too). Pretty uneventful drive being mostly freeway, but right as I'm about to exit I notice a black Ferrari 308 coming up fast in the far left lane. Right as he's passing me the driver toots the horn and the passenger saluted, and I gave a light tap on the air horns in return. Made my day, as usually when I pass a cool car I'm in my boring, life-sucking commuter box. I'm sure I had a smile on my face the rest of the morning.

Every day driving to work is a good day in the Fiat. I believe I would have had to double check the kids belts and stayed with him. Maybe not the right thing to do but oh what fun it is. It's 0100 and just got home from driving down the twistiest road in the area. I may still be a little pumped.
