Can anyone recommend a good mechanic for my 79 Spider located near San Jose, CA?

Apologize for the delayed response as I don't check the Fiat sites that often. FWIW, I don't know of anyone in the SJ that specializes in Fiat's any more. It probably depends on what you need done but I think the nearest guy that really knows what he's doing is Joe's Fiat Service up in Redwood City. He's got some health issues and seems to be trying to get out of the business, but if you show up and chat with him, he might 'take your case'. For some jobs, he is referring some people to Glenn's Import Auto up in San Mateo. Glen did some work on my '79 and did a solid job. Hope this helps.

Hi Ryan
Joe of Joes Fiat in Redwood city is my mechanic, he's been in the business 40yrs and I had him rebuild my 1982 2000 engine with the usual bells and whistles. I would recommend him as a competent and personable mechanic with tons of experience and access to hard to find parts. Best of luck.
