Georgeous 72 Ebay Spider - Oregon

Nice car, impressive presentation.

This morning he had an opening bid requirement of $9,900. It's not there now for some reason. Think he's looking for a fair amount more than that. Don't care for the seats myself, but that's easy to fix. Curious choice doing the trunk and engine compartment and the undersides of the bonnet & boot black.

I also noticed a lot of black parts, but you and I were not the only ones.

From the comments/questions at the end of the listing:

"Q: Well done, Sir, that is a lovely Spider. Are the sidemarkers black ones from a different model Fiat, or were the plastic chromed ones sanded & painted? Jul-03-13
A: Hi, thanks for the question. I just looked at them, and they do not look like there were ever chromed, and they don't look painted, they are very nice."

Hmmm, I wonder if the response will be the same If someone asks about the taillight housings?

The side markers on the 124 Coupes of the same era had black plastic housings, so they could have been swapped out (a downgrade in my opinion).

I love Recaro seats, but they look really out of place on that car.Nice car, though they obviously got a deal on some gloss black paint :D

The listing has been removed. An hour ago it reached a bid just over $4,000.00 with 3 days left.

My guess is that it sold locally. yes, a couple odd items. But really, anything under 5K would be a good buy if the car runs as good as it looks.
