best of Italy & France 2013

Post by narfire »

Well, weather was going to be good/decent so drove down about 400kms one way
Sat night met up with a high school friend and his wife at their house and for some reason felt like a... well a bit fuzzy this morning.
After seeing my car, he is now interested in a "summer car" to zoot around Vancouver in. I told him he can put the clubs in the back no problem. Another potential Fiat owner..
Coming down after a trip through the mountains, snow shed in the distance.

Lots of spiders this year, think there were 14-15 total and a few 19's

Made it home without having to put the top up and the car ran like a top. Still not 100% happy with the brakes though...more attention needed. :D

Sorry I missed it Chris, although Myra and I had a wonderful time in Victoria. Looks like the weather really cooperated this year. Great pics.

Well I technically made it.

I was the guy in the playground with the little girl who loved bouncing on the climbing toys!!

I was set to head out the door and, last minute, asked my 3.5 year old daughter if she wanted to come look as some very nice cars! She jumped up and down and said yes! Perfect, I thought, a little bonding time. A charming fathers day stroll among great cars while gently instilling a sense of awe in fine Italian machinery on my daughter. Life is good.

That lasted 2 minutes. Then we saw the park. The next hour was spent playing in the park while I looked longingly across the field at some beautiful cars.

A great day and some wonderful cars. I will be attending alone next year and hope to say Hi to a few FS.com members!
