Review of poor customer service

Received my seat belt kit from Mr. Fiat today and it was missing hardware and the instructions that were provided were in Italian. Granted, you don't always get instructions for parts, but when the seller makes it a point to tell you that it comes with all the hardware and instructions, you want to believe him or her. After contacting seller to let him know that I didn't have all the hardware, he basically said, "Return it if you don't want it." And then went on to tell me that I should be grateful that I got any sort of instructions at all. Said that most people know how these seat belts are installed anyway, so what are you so bent out of shape for?

I don't know about you, but jackasses like this do not get repeat business from me. I will not recommend Mr. Fiat.com to anyone.
