Front hood felt?

Not sure what the proper name is, but was wondering if the felt or insulation piece that covers the inside of the hood is something that's readily available for purchase? Looks likes an easy-to-do fixer, but don't know what it is that I should be asking for.

I remembered that this had been discussed some time ago. Did a search on this site for "hood insulation" and found this thread:

Craig ordered the liners and has them on his car. I went to the guy's website, and he is having some health issues but hopes to be back in production soon.

As noted by others, he does not have the Fiat items listed but he has the patterns.
