Thanks, I'll swing by my local windscreen shop next time i'm out and get them to squeeze a bit of black sealant in for me.

Safelite finally got the window installed after over a week of trying. Vandor's method of putting the gasket down first did the trick. I managed to get a good used gasket from my mechanic in Denver for $50. I can't believe how much better the new windscreen is. I even like the tinted glass better than I had expected.
