wheels spacers

I just dont look that the wheels on my fiat have, they seems to make the wheel base too narrow under the body... Wheel spacers I presume would make the wheels wider apart
from each other and fix my so called problem?

that puts alot more load on the wheel studs and outer bearings

so you recmend against it? Or are there better studs out there for this kinda thing
