Spring Fling 2013

As a first drive for the spider for the year, I was invited to attend Spring Fling 2013 . it is a special invite only event 30 cars only traveling 125 mile throughout northern Traverse City Michigan. it was 270 Miles north of my house total miles traveled over 2 days 840 miles. it was a blast. meeting 10 a.m. Saturday Morning. driving about 4 hours with stops to stretch your legs and either eat or ice cream. than diner at a steak house mmmm the biggest cuts of meat I have ever seen. I could think about was the "old 98" from the movie great out doors. the whether was sunny and mid 70s great for a top down drive. they where spirited bunch of drivers. average speeds on the back roads 65-100mph

I was and it felt really good ! and I was told by many before we left they where worried I would not be able to keep up and they where surprised I was right in their mirror the hole day
