I must be missing something. It seems to me that he ruined a perfectly good paint job.

I priced them out for the rally I am In later this year they cost $1500 -$2500 I would rather send that money on goodies or a paint job if needed

I plasti diped my rims on my daily driver for some fun. It comes in an rattle can and goes on easy. The best part is peeling it off though, oddly satisfying.

I was thinking some flat black vinyl over the right parts of a red spider: (hood, trunk...) and you would have an easy abarth color scheme that would be cheap and reversible.

I've seen some good results by guys on an old Volvo forum that I used to haunt.
