Hay All, I was watching a 2012 episode of Overhauling that I have not seen before and when they reveled the overhauled car there was a blue Spider with tan interior, probably a 1974 or later by the tail lights, it was a quick look.

I was watching that last night and had to hit the rewind button on the DVR to make sure that was really what I saw.
I like Italian food and Italian convertibles :)
