Fiat Spider Cover

Hi All,

Happy Spring! About that time to get the Fiat out! I am wondering where I can buy a cover that actually fits the Fiat. I purchased one last year on EBay, thinking it would fit. Needless to say it doesn't. Does anyone know of a company or brand that makes one that fits nicley on to our beloved Fiats?

CoverCraft and CoverKing make really nice covers for our cars. Not cheap but good. There are many styles to choose fron depending on what you need/looking for. Wet protection, Sun protection, etc.

my car will be parked inside, so only need a cover to protect from dust. I'm thinking those clear plastic car bags. my big concern is the excessive 125+ heat in my garage and whether it would stick to the paint. I'm also considering sewing together some old cotton sheets.
from a vanity point of view, i like the clear plastic, so i can ogle the paint every time i go in and out.

The "NOAH" cover is pretty good, I have one and it is a little pricey, but it fits like a glove and works great.

Russ, does the plastic touch the body? If so I would not go that route...

I was thinking you meant those inflatable "bubbles" i see advertised in sports car magazines from the 80's, do they still make those?

My friend on Cape Cod, where there is a lot of salt fog, stores his 47 MG in one of those inflatable bubbles. It is pretty cool, you drive the car up onto the bag, zip up the sides around it, and a small fan creates positive pressure and inflates the bag around the car. Keeps out humidity and critters. Not sure if he uses a dehumidifier, but certainly could be used. With the 47, the wood frame makes it particularly vulnerable to mice and rot and such.

I wasnt thinking inflatable, although that would be the cat's meow. The last time i was at Barrett-Jackson many of the cars park out under the field canopies had what looks like large versions of plastic grocery bags. I have had issues with plastic sitting on paint in Oregon where moisture was the big issue. (bleached the paint where there was contact). Don't have that problem down here.
