Long trailing arms

Can the long rear trailing arms be re-bushed? One of the ones on the car is lightly bent from someone jacking the car up under I'd guess. I have another set from a parts car but the bushings are shot an I'm missing the metal 'sleeve' from one bushing. Or is it just better to buy new ones?

if the bars have the "hour glass" type ends, those bushings are easily replaced. I've never found replacement bushings for the straight end style bar
