Looking for good fiat mobile mechanic southern cal

I have been working on a 1981 fiat for a few months now, but have encountered some issues that my level of skill is not that great. Plus, my time is limited,but want to get the car running soon. I am located in Encinitas ( coastal north San Diego). Primarily, working with the fuel injector system. Any references would be great. Thanks.
